SOD: 10 min EMOM

1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean

WOD: 12 min AMRAP
100 Single unders
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
30 Clusters, 135/95 (Squat clean Thruster TnG)
10 Pull ups

POST WOD: 3x6 bent over row. Make sure to bring barbell into waist NOT sternum.

3 Power Clean + 3 Squat Clean (LIGHT weight and same weight each movement)

WOD: 12 min AMRAP
60 Single unders
20 Lateral Barbell Burpees
15 Clusters, 135/95 (Squat clean Thruster TnG)
5 Band asst Pull ups or negatives or 10 ring rows

POST WOD: 3x6 bent over row. Make sure to bring barbell into waist NOT sternum.
