A1. KB Romanian DL 3X6-8 Rest 60 sec then go to A2 (if balance is hard even while dragging back toes on the ground, keep KB on floor, and just try to touch handle with opposite hand each time)
A2. Alternating single arm press 3X10 Rest 60 sec than back to A1 (1 rep is 1 on each side, start lighter then you think you need to :) )
