SOD:

2x Clean pull (1) + Hang Power Clean (1) + Power Clean. (May re-grip between each complex (IE, one pull, one HPC, one PC = 1 grip. drop, reset and go again for 2) 15-20 min to work up to a heavy 2 reps though set

WOD: 20 min EMOM

min(s) 1, 5, 9 13, 17 @ 20-30 sec ring support hold
min(s) 2, 6 ,10, 14, 18 @ 30 sec DUBS or 45 sec single unders
min(s) 3, 7, 11, 15, 19: @ 3 - 5 Power Cleans (135/95)
min(s) 4, 8, 12, 16, 20: @ 8-12 TTB
