C2CFM (Couch to CrossFit Marblehead):
This class is specifically designed for the beginner or for those who have not done CrossFit in a while and want a refresher. You will learn the terminology, CF lingo, lifts, moves and All Things CrossFit. The class will run on a 8 week cycle. For example; if a person wanted to join in week 2, they could and they would finish up on week 1. Our goal is to relieve any preconceived notions, fears, hesitations about what CrossFit is, especially here at CrossFit Marblehead. The intent would then be for the athlete to move into the regular programmed classes. You will have a blast along with getting a workout unlike anything you have done before.
