CrossFit Endurance Builder:

This class is focused on longer WODs, no strength portion but it may include a lift within the WOD or a version of a lift utilizing dumb bells, kettle bells or med balls. WODs average 25-40 min in length. They will likely include a Skill portion to ensure proper form of every movement within the WOD. These workouts are very hard, meant to be hard and designed to force you to face fears & conquer them, eliminate self-doubt, break down walls that hold you back from reaching your potential and help you become comfortable with being uncomfortable!!
